Who we are
We operate conradyct.com, a website for concrete products producers looking for plant operations consulting, plant tools, and sourcing of raw materials. This policy explains what information we collect through the site, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email info@conradyct.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us:
- Contact form. The contact form opens your own email program. When you send the message, we receive whatever you include, such as your name, email address, company, and message.
- Mandie, our virtual assistant. Mandie is a scripted, automated assistant, not a person and not AI. If you choose to submit a request through Mandie, we collect the topic you pick, your message, your name, your company or plant, your email address, and, if you choose to give it, your location.
Information collected automatically:
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. They can include your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, the date and time, and the page that referred you.
- Mandie uses your browser's session storage only to remember that you've already seen its greeting. That information stays in your browser, isn't sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.
- Umami analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count page views and basic visit information: the pages viewed, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and approximate location (country, region and city, estimated from your IP address). Umami uses no cookies, doesn't store your IP address in its analytics records, doesn't identify you by name, and doesn't track you across other websites. Umami and its hosting providers may briefly keep IP addresses in security logs. We use this information only to understand how our site is used, and we don't sell it or share it for advertising.
- We don't use cookies, advertising trackers, or social media tracking tools.
Calculators:
The calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter is sent to us or stored by us.
How we use information
We use the information you send us to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, provide services you request, keep records of our business communications, protect the site from spam and abuse, and meet legal requirements. We use site analytics (Umami) only to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and how people find the site, so we can improve it. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site, handle email, and measure site traffic, and only as needed for that work:
- Netlify (website hosting, form handling, and spam filtering)
- Zoho (email)
- Umami (privacy-focused website analytics, as our service provider)
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Tracking by other companies and Do Not Track
We don't allow other companies to collect personal information about your online activities over time or across other websites through our site. Our Umami analytics doesn't use cookies or track you across other websites, so there's no cross-site tracking for a browser's "Do Not Track" signal to turn off, and no other company collects information about you across websites through our site. The site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and related correspondence as long as needed to respond and for our ordinary business records, and then we delete them. Netlify keeps server logs according to its own policies. Umami analytics data is kept for up to 6 months under our current Umami plan and then deleted. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we receive, but no internet transmission or storage is completely secure. Please don't send sensitive information, such as financial account numbers, through the contact form or Mandie.
Your choices
You can ask us to review, correct, or delete the information you've sent us by emailing info@conradyct.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Links to other sites
Our site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. For significant changes, we'll also put a notice on the home page.
